Retail Management System:
While studying the trends and competitive strengths of different players in this particular market segment, we hit upon some key areas that can be enhanced with the use of technology, resulting in consumer satisfaction and enhanced profits.

We have partnered with on of the key industry performers in this area. Currently we are working on a core solution that will be implemented in a real time business.
This will eventually go a long way in taking the retail business to the next level.

Along with the current projects, our research team constantly focuses on new business areas and emerging technologies. Based on this, we strive for a low cost but quality solution catering to specific market needs. We project them as ideas to begin with and keep working on them with specific industry experts to give life to these ideas and implement them as a real life solution.

The initiatives currently being evolved at Shrujan:

Retail Management System 2.0:  This idea has already taken shape in form of RMS 1.0 and the first version is already implemented at a couple of client sites. Now that it’s in production, we have studied the usage of this product in terms of its effect on the core business areas. A considerable amount of time was spent with the associates involved with day to day business operations to gather valuable inputs with respect to enhancing and further strengthening the capabilities of this product.

The findings eventually resulted in taking the initial idea of RMS to the next level. We are currently working on the same.

Mobile Locator: This idea was to research on the current mobile technologies in the market. We started with a sample sms application and subsequently added features to it. This further took shape of an application that can act as a tracking device on any mobile phone.

Further efforts were put into this application to make it more user friendly and transform the usability of a mobile phone to a mobile locator device.

We have partnered with one of the leading companies working on the business side. Along with them we are understanding their needs and transforming the present mobile locator to suite their needs and enhance their prospects in customer satisfaction
